Session's objective :


You have to determine the theme or objective of your training session.

If your training session is a part of a program, the objective will be determined by the work cycle your team is in (i.e. : cycle « 1 versus 1 duel », every session of the cycle will have 1v1 as main objective).

If your session is not part of a program, you have to choose the objective depending of the age, level and needs of your team respecting the state of development of the player.
